Beyond Basic introduces an important new element to the family of professional pots: it is a pasta pot made of transparent, flame-resistant borosilicate glass, of great thickness, inside which two separately removable baskets, made of stainless steel, remain visible.

The shape of the pot is simple, like the other Beyond Basic pots, and due to its transparency it is almost unnoticeable, while the protagonists are, from time to time, with shapes, colors and with the movements of boiling, the ingredients contained in the baskets, be they pasta, vegetables, meat or shellfish. Thanks to the separate baskets it is possible to cook and drain different types of pasta or foods at the same time, with different cooking times. As with the other Beyond Basic pots, the lids can be freely chosen from the silicone series, or from the Same Same But Different tray-lid collection, made of stainless steel, finished in porcelain enamel, with a detachable wooden knob.
